Présentation du site

Our archaeological investigation of the atoll is the first one since the work of Yosihiko Sinoto and Patrick McCoy (Bishop Museum) in 1972 and 1973. The survey and mapping of archaeological remains including monumental architecture is ongoing. Geochemical sourcing of stone artefacts and architectures is partly published and ongoing.
