Prior to the construction of the Juliette Ténine Health Center, inaugurated in 2025 on the site of the former Square Jean-Baptiste Lebon, an archaeological excavation conducted by the French National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research (Inrap) documented 2,200 years of history, from the Gaulish period to the contemporary era.
This conference will place these successive discoveries within the broader history of the town of Nanterre.
