The Shelby Cullom Davis Centre seminars present weekly programming on a variety of topics related to the Centre’s current theme. Visiting scholars from academic institutions near and far help create a comprehensive understanding of the topic from diverse but overlapping perspectives. The theme for the academic years 2022-23 and 2023-24 is ‘Environment and Climate’.

The seminar begins with a brief commentary by a guest commentator and a response by the author, after which the floor is opened to questions from the floor. Papers are pre-circulated and made available one week before the seminar date.
