Registration open: Unusual visits to the lab

Illustration argileEmmanuel Baudouin

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of clay like never before: brick making and miniature wall building, exploration of the Technothèque and the knowledge of potters, discovery of the origins of sedentary life and earth and stone architecture… A unique immersion between the past and unusual techniques, at the heart of modern research and its secrets!

Designed and led by Emmanuel Baudouin, this experimental archaeology workshop is organised as part of the CNRS’s Unusual Visits programme.
Young and old alike can get their hands dirty and discover the secrets of building with raw earth, just like the first builders of the Near East.
See you on 3 October at UMR TEMPS, within MSH Mondes, on the campus of Paris Nanterre University.
Registration is now open until 17 September — don’t delay!
